Ingredients
- 2 lbs of crab legs
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Thaw the crab legs if frozen, and then rinse them under cold water. Use kitchen shears to cut the crab legs into smaller pieces to make them easier to eat.
- In a large skillet, melt 1/2 cup of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Add the crab legs to the skillet and toss to coat them in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the crab legs are heated through.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley over the crab legs before serving.
- Serve the garlic butter crab legs hot, with extra lemon wedges on the side if desired. Enjoy!
