  • In a large mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper, 1/4 cup of chopped celery, 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp of hot sauce, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, and 1/4 tsp of paprika. Mix until well combined.
  • Gently fold in 1 lb of lump crabmeat, being careful not to break up the crabmeat too much. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
