This delectable dish combines the sweetness of crab meat with the earthy richness of spinach, all encased in delicate pasta pockets. The spicy arrabbiata sauce, with its fiery kick of red chili peppers and tangy tomatoes, adds a tantalizing depth to the dish. Renowned chefs in regions like Sicily and Naples have perfected this recipe, infusing it with their own unique flair. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in authentic Italian trattorias and upscale seafood restaurants, where the quality of the crab and the freshness of the spinach are paramount. To make this dish at home, sourcing high-quality crab meat and fresh spinach is crucial.
