  • 1 package of wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 pound of crab meat, 2 cups of chopped spinach, 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place a small spoonful of the crab and spinach mixture onto a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and place another wonton wrapper on top. Press the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining mixture and wrappers.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until they float to the top. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
