Ingredients
- 4 coho salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the coho salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fillets, turning to coat. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Place the salmon fillets on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the grilled coho salmon with your choice of side dishes and enjoy!
