Ingredients
- 8 cups of mixed salad greens
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 8 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups of cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 ripe avocados, diced
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 cup of red wine vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, arrange 8 cups of mixed salad greens as the base.
