- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 12 hard taco shells
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 1 pound of ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in 1 packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture has thickened.

- Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro.
