  • Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt; stir into the batter alternately with 1 cup of sour cream.
  • Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Spread the remaining batter over the top and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
