Instructions

  • Heat 2 quarts of oil for frying in a deep-fryer or deep skillet to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spoon the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
  • Pipe 1-inch strips of dough into the hot oil using kitchen scissors to cut the strips. Fry until golden; drain on paper towels.
