Instructions

Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Pour half of the mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer. Repeat with the remaining peanut butter mixture and melted chocolate.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the center is set. Allow to cool before removing the pan's sides. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • Before serving, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped peanuts over the cheesecake and drizzle 1/4 cup of caramel sauce on top.
