  • In another bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate pudding mixture until well combined.
  • Spread a thin layer of the chocolate pudding mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  • Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies on top of the pudding mixture, covering the entire surface.
  • Repeat layers with the remaining pudding mixture and Oreo cookies, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cake to set.
