- 1 package (14.3 ounces) Oreo cookies
- 2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together 2 packages of instant chocolate pudding mix with 3 cups of cold milk until thickened. Place in the refrigerator to set for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, whip 2 cups of heavy cream with 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate pudding mixture until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of the chocolate pudding mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
- Arrange a layer of Oreo cookies on top of the pudding mixture, covering the entire surface.
- Repeat layers with the remaining pudding mixture and Oreo cookies, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the cake to set.
