Ingredients
- 2 cups of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts)
- 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Stir in 2 cups of mixed nuts until they are evenly coated with chocolate.
- Using a spoon, drop clusters of the chocolate-covered nuts onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the clusters with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
- Once the chocolate is set, transfer the chocolate covered nuts to an airtight container and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Enjoy as a snack or package in a decorative box for gifting.
