Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Stir in 2 cups of mixed nuts until they are evenly coated with chocolate.
  • Using a spoon, drop clusters of the chocolate-covered nuts onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle the clusters with 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  • Once the chocolate is set, transfer the chocolate covered nuts to an airtight container and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
