Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/4 cup of sprinkles
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and cut them in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 8 ounces of semisweet chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
- Dip each frozen banana half into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to help coat it evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
