- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs

- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of milk and 3 large eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with a little melted butter. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, swirling to evenly coat the bottom. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 8 crepes.
- Place a few banana slices and a sprinkle of chocolate chips down the center of each crepe. Fold the sides over the filling and transfer to a serving plate.
