Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Rub the chicken thighs with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the chicken, rubbing it in to coat all sides.
- Roast the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
