- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/4 inch.
- In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour in one, beat the eggs in another, and mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, and paprika in the third.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the seasoned breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
