Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked chicken, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups of mixed salad greens
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked chicken, 1 diced avocado, and 6 slices of cooked and crumbled bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken, avocado, and bacon mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Divide 4 cups of mixed salad greens among 4 plates.
- Top each plate of greens with the chicken salad mixture.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
