  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
