Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge the chicken strips in the flour, then dip them into the beaten eggs, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

- Place the chicken strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
