Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  • In a small bowl, mix the caesar dressing and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the chopped romaine lettuce evenly among them.
  • Place the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce on each tortilla.
  • Drizzle the caesar dressing and parmesan cheese mixture over the chicken on each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle croutons over the top of the chicken and dressing.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas in and then roll them up tightly, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
