Homemade Cheetos Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup of milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1/4 cup of milk until a dough forms.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into small balls, then shape them into puffs.
- Place the puffs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
