Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of cornmeal, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1/4 cup of milk until a dough forms.
  • Scoop out small portions of the dough and roll them into small balls, then shape them into puffs.
