Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash brown potatoes, cheddar cheese soup, milk, 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, and the cooked ground beef mixture.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the cheese is melted and golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
