Instructions

  • Lay out the lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly onto each lettuce leaf.
  • Place 2 slices of turkey onto each lettuce leaf, on top of the mayo and mustard mixture.
  • Add a few slices of avocado on top of the turkey on each lettuce leaf.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the avocado.
  • Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll up each lettuce leaf, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
