Ingredients
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 8 slices of low-sodium turkey breast
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the lettuce leaves on a clean surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture evenly onto each lettuce leaf.
- Place 2 slices of turkey onto each lettuce leaf, on top of the mayo and mustard mixture.
- Add a few slices of avocado on top of the turkey on each lettuce leaf.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the avocado.
- Top with diced tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Carefully roll up each lettuce leaf, tucking in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
