- 1 (8 oz) container of sour cream
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, melted butter, condensed cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
