Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, corn muffin mix, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
