- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup grated onion, 2 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
