Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut off the tops and use a small melon baller or a small spoon to hollow out the inside of each strawberry.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off.
  • Pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out strawberries, filling each one generously.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the cheesecake-filled strawberries.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
