Ingredients
- 6 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
- Place the stuffed jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the jalapenos are tender.
