Cheddar Bay Biscuits have a rich history dating back to the 1980s when they were first introduced by the Red Lobster restaurant chain. These delectable, buttery biscuits, infused with cheddar cheese and a hint of garlic, quickly became a beloved staple of the restaurant's menu. The biscuits were the brainchild of a team of talented chefs at Red Lobster, who aimed to create a signature side dish that would complement their seafood offerings. Today, the best version of this dish can still be found at Red Lobster restaurants across the United States, where they are served warm and fresh, straight from the oven. The key to getting these biscuits right lies in the perfect balance of cheddar cheese, butter, and garlic, which gives them their irresistible flavor. While the original recipe remains a closely guarded secret, there are numerous alternative methods available online for those who wish to recreate this iconic dish at home.
