Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of buffalo sauce with 2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine.
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the top. Toss the cauliflower until evenly coated.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve the cauliflower buffalo wings with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
