Carb Balance Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients
- 4 carb balance tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Place one carb balance tortilla in the skillet and heat for 30 seconds on each side, then remove from the skillet.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Lay out the warm tortillas and divide the seasoned chicken evenly among them.
- Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
