  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Place one carb balance tortilla in the skillet and heat for 30 seconds on each side, then remove from the skillet.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  • Lay out the warm tortillas and divide the seasoned chicken evenly among them.
  • Top each tortilla with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
