Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of white sugar.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Once all the pancakes are cooked, place a spoonful of caramel sauce in the center of each pancake. Fold the pancake over the caramel to create a stuffed pancake.
