Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of spicy BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (optional, for extra heat)
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, then place it on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all cauliflower florets.
- Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of spicy BBQ sauce, 2 tablespoons of melted butter, and 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (if using).
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to a large mixing bowl and pour the spicy BBQ sauce mixture over the cauliflower. Gently toss to coat each piece evenly.
