Ingredients
- 8 oz of egg noodles
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked egg noodles, drained tuna, and broccoli florets.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over the noodle mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
