Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  • Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the steamed broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the broccoli mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the broccoli mixture.
  • In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheddar cheese.
