Broccoli Cheddar Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the steamed broccoli florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer the broccoli mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the broccoli mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
