Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of water. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the vegetables in the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
