Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick rounds
- 8 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
- Top each baguette slice with a slice of brie and a slice of apple. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.

- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
