Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crispy.
  • Top each baguette slice with a slice of brie and a slice of apple. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  • Return the crostini to the oven and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
