Created by: Howcan Team
Ingredients
- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 32 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup blueberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries. Pour the batter over the Oreo crust in the pan.
- Drop small spoonfuls of blueberry jam onto the surface of the cheesecake batter. Use a toothpick to swirl the jam into the batter for a marbled effect.
- Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
- Slice and enjoy your delicious Blueberry Oreo Cheesecake!
