Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground oats, 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/4 cups of milk, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in 1/2 cup of blueberries and the sliced banana.
