- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Pour the filling into the cooled graham cracker crust and spread it out evenly.
- Bake the tart for 15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, dust the top of the tart with 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
- Slice and serve the blueberry lemon tart chilled. Enjoy!
