Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish with 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
- Evenly spread 1 cup of fresh blueberries in the prepared pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar until well combined.
- Gradually whisk in 1 cup of whole milk, 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter over the blueberries in the pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
- Slice and serve the blueberry clafoutis warm. Enjoy!
