- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease and flour a 9x9 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in 1/2 cup of softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- In a small bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the milk. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, combine 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of flour, and cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup of chilled butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the buckle to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
