Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook 8 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  • Lay out 4 large flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Place a large lettuce leaf on each tortilla, followed by 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices of crispy bacon, and a few slices of ripe avocado.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to create a wrap.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly toast each wrap for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
