Ingredients
- 8 slices of bacon
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 8 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Set aside.
- Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
- Place 2 slices of tomato on top of the lettuce on each tortilla.
- Divide the cooked bacon evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the tomato slices.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
