Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook 8 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each one.
  • Place 2 slices of tomato on top of the lettuce on each tortilla.
  • Divide the cooked bacon evenly among the tortillas, placing it on top of the tomato slices.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold the sides of each tortilla towards the center, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
