Ingredients
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook 6 slices of bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Toast 4 slices of bread until golden brown.
- Spread 1/4 cup of mayonnaise evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer 2 slices of bread with 2 leaves of lettuce, 3 slices of tomato, and half of the sliced avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
- Top each sandwich with 3 slices of bacon and the remaining slices of bread with the mayonnaise side down.
- Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
