Ben & Jerry's Core Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chocolate fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- Once the ice cream is ready, transfer half of it into a freezer-safe container, then drizzle 1/2 cup of chocolate fudge sauce over the top.
- Add the remaining ice cream on top of the fudge sauce, then drizzle 1/2 cup of caramel sauce over the top.
- If desired, sprinkle 1/2 cup of chopped nuts over the caramel sauce.
- Using a knife, gently swirl the sauces and nuts into the ice cream to create a 'core'.
- Cover the container and freeze the ice cream for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
