- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb of ground beef, 1 small grated onion, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro, 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of ground coriander, 1/2 tsp of paprika, 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion around a wooden skewer to form a kebab shape.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the kofta kebabs for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and slightly charred.
