In Pakistan, renowned chefs at street-side stalls and upscale restaurants alike have mastered the art of marinating beef in a blend of yogurt, spices, and fiery chilies, resulting in a tantalizing flavor explosion. Today, the best versions of this dish can be found in the bustling streets of Karachi and Lahore, where the aroma of sizzling kebabs lures in food enthusiasts from far and wide.
