  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Warm the refried beans in a saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the refried beans evenly among them, spreading the beans down the center of each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beans on each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then fold the bottom of the tortilla up and over the filling, and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, place the burritos seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve the burritos with salsa, chopped cilantro, diced red onion, and sour cream on the side for dipping or drizzling.
