Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1 cup of BBQ pulled pork
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Finely chop the reserved mushroom stems.
- In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked mushroom stems, BBQ pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well.
