  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon of dried thyme

  • In a bowl, combine the cooked mushroom stems, BBQ pulled pork, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Mix well.
  • Brush the outside of the mushroom caps with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet, cavity side up.
  • Spoon the BBQ pulled pork mixture into the mushroom caps, pressing down gently to fill each cap.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
